A. What personal data do we collect?

UniRent gathers data that you willingly share with us when you reach out to us, sign up with UniRent, show interest in learning about UniRent, its offerings, products, or services, and when you engage in various activities.

The specifics of the information UniRent collects can differ based on factors such as the products and features you utilize, how you interact with UniRent and/or UniRent’s offerings, among other considerations. However, below is a non-comprehensive list of the information we gather or may gather from you:

i. Name, birth date, country of origin, gender, national ID/passport number, residency status, mailing address, contact information such as mobile, work, and home phone numbers, fax number, email address, banking details, and financial/credit information.

ii. Employment details (private sector, government sector, self-employed, non-working, or others), employer’s name and office address, relationship details with the company (e.g., promoter, director, shareholder), phone number, fax number, email address.

iii. Your membership with us and online account details, including your username, personalized ID number, and password.

iv. Information related to the property(ies), including meter readings.

v. Purchase or transaction history, including files and messages stored using your account through the Platform.

vi. Automatically collected personal data, such as internet protocol (IP) address, cookies, language preferences, access time, and other relevant personal data when accessing UniRent website and/or mobile and tablet applications.

Additionally, we may request other details about you, such as credit/debit card information or bank details (for purchases), interests, income, or educational background. Certain identifiable information, like your credit card number or income level, is considered sensitive. You have the option to refrain from providing us with any personally identifiable information; however, this may limit your access to certain portions of our website and services.

B. Source of Personal Data

The majority of personal data will originate from you. Nonetheless, we may also obtain certain personal data from alternative sources, including but not confined to credit reporting, government entities, public records, online platforms, social media platforms, publications, as well as events, seminars, and conferences.

C. How Do We Use Personal Data?

As a reminder, when you do contact us, we want to make sure that we understand your request.  So please state precisely and with specificity what you are wanting UniRent to do or not to do. We will make reasonable efforts to comply with your requests as soon as reasonably practicable.

G. Retention of your Personal Information
